Carl and the Meaning of Life by Deborah Freedman

4.0

I picked this up off the Golden Sower shelf at our local library not realizing it is about an EARTHWORM....which I absolutely cannot stand. My daughter laughed with glee when we opened it last night and I realized what I had done. Although I had to use my hand to shield my eyes from the images of Carl himself, it was actually a pretty cute story about how all creatures have their purpose. I still don't like worms though.
