Dragonbreath #3: Curse of the Were-Wiener by Ursula Vernon

4.0

This book is hysterical. I liked the frequent switch between standard chapter book format and graphics essential to the narrative of the story. I thought it was playful enough to keep voracious and reluctant readers amused. The tongue-in-cheek asides, such as which mother is easier to sneak out from under, were clever. I'm hesitant to call this one a short-list until I read Ninja Frogs, which I'm still on the hold list for at my public library.

It seems as if I deleted my picture of where I completed reading this book. I can assure you it was over a bagel and a cup of coffee, with the sound effects of Angry Birds in the background.
