The Thousand and One Ghosts by Alexandre Dumas

3.0

A wonderful little collection of ghost stories and spooks all rolled into one story and one narrative.
Quite unique and intriguing.

Struggled at the beginning getting into it, the first part left me with intrigue then just went chaotic and I lost my way. Once we’d settled into the circle of story telling I could stay onboard. Couple of the stories just didn’t make sense to me or had an end point so kind left a little frustrated but all in all a spooky little pot of gothic tales.

The last story for me was the best but didn’t end how I’d wanted or expected.

First Dumas book I’ve read
