This book is was a little better than the first one in this series. Although, I enjoyed the characters featured in the first book so much more. I realised what I lack in this series is depth. Depth from the characters and depth from the story. I got the feeling that the characters though that the answer to most of their problems was sex. After a while, all the sex scenes just became another repetitive scene which takes away from the intended excitement and intensity of such scenes. Once again, it was the last third of the book that I enjoyed the most as that is where the most substance in this story was placed. I did enjoy the addition of the new characters though and look forward to reading more about them in the third book. With that said, I will read the third book as I am curious to see how the story pans out between the Outlaws and the Enforcers and if a collapse in the system will take place.
