Living Biographies of Famous Women by Henry Thomas, Dana Lee Thomas

4.0

I loved this book and learning about women I didn't know existed and how they contributed to society. Though for 1942 when it was published, it was radical to include women of color such as Cleopatra and the sisters Soong, but this really could be re-titled as Living Biographies of Famous White Women. I'd like to read this exact structured book but with a more diverse women featured.
