Attack of Shadows by Jason Anspach, Nick Cole

5.0

I'm a simple man. I like space battles, and this book is one giant space battle. Interestingly, this book doesn't even try to limit its POVs, constantly darting between different soldiers to show the full scope of the conflict. Some POV characters don't even get names, though that's usually because they're about to get killed off in the same scene they're introduced.

Overall, it's really fun, and yet again follows a different style from the previous books in the series. Now on to Imperator!
