Pretty, but uses some complex flour combinations (I use whole grain flours but just don't keep that many on hand) and still uses lots of sweeteners. While I do believe that honey has some advantages over sugar or HFCS, still, it's sugar, people! It's not magically "not sugar" just because it's honey. Lots of honey still means lots of sugars in your blood.
