My Brother Martin: A Sister Remembers Growing Up with the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by Christine King Farris

5.0

I loved this book. It is an excellent telling of Martin Luther King Jr as just a boy whose life experiences caused him "to turn the world upside down". I think that this book is a great read for students Kindergarten and higher. While younger students would gain something from it, it is would pretty wordy with concepts just slightly above them. If you are a parent, I would say that you must read this to see what wondrous consequences your actions can have!
