It's good, it's just not amazing and there are a couple of things that just didn't work.
The story is about the world in the future, after a catastrophe destroyed all modern technology and the way people cope with it. It follows a couple of main characters which are loosely connected. Of course, there has to be a little love story and that's my problem with the book: In my opinion, it just doesn't work. They have no connection at all and the dialogues are just so... weird. It seems that this storyline was added just because there has to be a love story, no matter if it makes any sense.
