I really liked the story and the main characters. Logan could have come across as a Marty Stu, but instead he is interesting and inspiring. The others in the Terrible Twelfth had their own personality and developed as people. 

The major issue was the antagonists.  There was nothing at all likeable about them and they feel like they were thrown in just to have an opposing party.
