The Paris Model by Alexandra Joel

4.0

I found the book a little slow to get into at first, it jumped around the different characters and places and I felt a little lost. But about 1/3 of the way in I couldn’t put it down. I enjoyed the descriptions of place and clothing, I felt like I was at some of the places with characters.

Grace is a vibrant and independent women, who struggles through running a sheep farm in Australia before heading to Paris to work as a model.
It was a beautiful account of the love of family, and the struggles of war and getting back on your feet after war.
