This one was definitely a big step up over the last. Harold and George return to well meaning goofballs who make some poor life decisions instead of selfish, mean spirited jerks. I don't love "nerd" being thrown around as an insult, but the rest of the story is silly, goofy fun with charming illustrations and an action packed plot. There's a formula to the books that's starting to show, but this is the best execution of that formula so far.
