Dreamers Often Lie by Jacqueline West

5.0

This book was a little bite different than what I’m used to seeing, but it was great nonetheless. It is on my list of books to buy and just like the rest I look forward to getting it. I thought it was a little old the way the hallucinations of Shakespeare’s characters kept showing up. I didn’t quite understand the role they played but it made for a very interesting story. I could feel her pain as she had students and teachers look at her once she came back with her injuries. I, myself, have felt the unwanted stare of others in school. I was happy that she met her real life Romeo and I was disappointed at the ending. I wish there was a sequ to this book so I could get answers to my questions.
