  • i am a psyc/bio major so i loved being immersed in the academia of grief and medicine. it took me back to my undergrad and i really loved reading about the research
  • this book was so thought provoking with the topics discussed. should grief be diagnosed? would you take a pill to make the grief end? what if it affected other parts of you? my opinion was constantly changing
  • even through this is non fiction it’s written in such a smart and real way i can see this happening
  • twisty and turn-y!
  • multiple-pov AND i enjoyed reading from them all

  • the end wasn’t perfect for me. and I can see why the author went the way she did however I personally wanted more
  • after the 70%ish mark I was GRIPPED and I wish I felt that for the entire book but it just got so mysterious and shocking at that point
