Be Gay, Do Comics by Matt Bors, Sarah Mirk, Eleri Harris

This is a bit hard to review given the variety of comics in the anthology. It runs the gamut from history to satire to memoir. None of the historical pieces were all that new to me, personally, but I still think that they were presented well in their form. Some satires were funnier than others. The memoirs, of course (I should think) are the stars of the show, because they come from somewhere personal and heartfelt. My main quibble is it seems that no one edited the writing. Plurals are written oddly at times, the flow of sentences is twisted, and subject-verb agreement isn't watched for. This isn't everywhere or so rampant as to truly impede the experience of reading. But it is noticeable when it happens and makes me wonder why it wasn't fixed.
