The Fifty-Year Rebellion: How the U.S. Political Crisis Began in Detroit by Scott Kurashige

5.0

Absolutely fantastic break down of Detroit as a case study of neoliberalist capitalism that is ripping society apart at the expense of the non-1%, especially poc, poor and queer peoples. The writing was incredibly approachable, which is usually the downfall of academic style research books.
