I am continually blown away by fairytale retellings. This book is proved to be no different. I read this book in two sittings (it would have been one if I didn't have to do mom stuff). I loved that I knew they would end up together but I also didn't know how the whole story was going to play out.

• Magical Elements 
• Organized Crime 
• The Side Characters
• The Character Development 
• The Twist

What I didn't love:
• The dad 😑 he was such a meanie
