Coping by J. Bennett

4.0

only a short second instalment, just over a hour reading time, but this tells of how Maya is coping with her change. it lets us into the everyday run of things, with Gabe and Tarren, and how things are done.

it still doesn't let us into the thoughts of the brothers, and I really would like to see that.

Tarren is beginning to relent and let Maya join in the hunt for the Angels, and also letting a little of himself known, I'm wondering where that is going, and I'm not at all convinced that Tarren is entirely human! Gabe is Gabe, and doesn't change much! we do come across the brother of Sunshine, the girl they were looking for in the first book, and again, that's going down a line I cant quite see yet!

Maya still needs to feed, but she has upgraded to fish to rats! ew!!
