This book was an apocalyptic  Hieronymus Bosch painting on acid, but instead of painting his usual monsters and animals he substituted in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. A nasty little treat that critiques  the horrors humans are capable of when fighting to be a part of the in-group. It also does an effective job of looking at the evils that can result when religion and faith are removed from a society and the terrors that can arise when those pillars are replaced with less noble goals and god's. A sociological study of families, communities, religion and the human need to assimilate at all costs.
