Extremely fast pacing in this book, seemed to go from one story beat to the next with very little time for proper character development. I finished the book questioning a number of reasons for why the characters acted the way they did, but not in the "oh how deep and mysteriously written" way but in the "damn I think these characters needed more work" way. The story itself was predictable but not entirely unenjoyable, it is clear what the author was going for and there were some pleasently written moments. The book is very short, so reading it wouldn't be a huge waste of time, but I still wouldn't recommend it.
