Our Dreams at Dusk: Shimanami Tasogare, Vol. 4 by Yuhki Kamatani

hopeful reflective
I honestly believe there is something magical about this manga series. I don't mean actual magic or magical in 'oh so wonderful and whimsy', but that I always somehow end up coming back to this manga when it's themes are a needed reminder or advice for a personal situation I'm currently experiencing-or an answer to a problem weighing on my mind.

This volume is about choosing to love someone unconditionally for a lifetime, despite everything seemingly being against your love or the possibility of the relationship being a tough road to pursue.
It's about confronting your feelings, being brave, choosing your happiness despite what the world says, and being honest/upfront with yourself. The scene where Tsubaki-kun tells Tasu-kun that he's brave and wishes to be more like him really stood out to me.
Also pages 172-177 are simply so beautiful. the art is gorgeous and the entire message in that scene tear moving.
Your hand's cold, but you're stull warm. And that's enough. With you that's enough for me
