Two-Face escaped from Arkham, and puts together a band of freaks into a circus to take over Gotham. Kind of hard to follow. Cool to see Dent’s band of misfits but this sucked. Only memorable thing was how beautiful the art style is. That is the only thing that makes this worth a re-read.
