I was drawn to this book immediately. Rewriting fairytales is something that I love. In Straight on Til Morning, there’s a warning page in the beginning before you start, which I think is nice. Keeping that in mind, it still took me by surprise with what happened between Wendy and Peter.
When it came to the Lost Boys, their names are confusing in a way that makes it seem like a typo in a sentence. For example, Nose, Slightly, and Housekeeper. Despite that, it's nice to see them have names since I can't remember if the Disney version gave them names.
