Overview

As a linguistic immigrant in the UK, I read predominantly in English and have become very distanced from the literary landscape of my native land. To keep me connected with the books written in my mother tongue, I've created this challenge to motivate me to read more books in my mother tongue.

I want to keep it open for others to join (hence it's not specific to a language) and easy-enough to accomplish (just one book every two months). You can use your own approach to defining what counts (e.g. translated books?) and what language(s) you include as your mother tongue(s).
