first story about a town with a population of criminals only and when cop killers take refuge in that town batman goes over there and brings them back to gotham city.
second story is about a guy who is gambling with his life on a daily basis everything he does in his house has the chance of killing him but it turns out in the end it was all an act to get away with murder.
third story a doctor transfers the mind of a human death row criminal into the body of a gorilla and the gorilla does lots of crimes, they even wanted to transfer the criminal mind into batman's body.
