I really loved this. I thought that Ms. Peterson did a great job connecting with the reader by sharing her own experience and giving information from interviews. I have such a long list of things to read after this book, and it will be one that I reference many times in the future. A really great look at this very specific influencing world.

A fascinating look at momfluencers from the perspective of a mom, reflecting on everything from Benjamin Moore's Simply White to the concept of 'marketably attractive' to the phenomenon of alt-roght momfluencers. Its a wonderful breakdown both of momfluencers culture, what it projects, and why people watch so avidly.

My one complaint is that there was barely any focus on the families of momfluencers beyond the 'image' that is projected-it would be fascinated to hear more about the partners and children and how they're affected-but that's probably a whole other topic, and after reading it was clear that this books was complete on its own. A fascinating and informative read.
