After watching Spidey and His Amazing Friends on Disney+, my five year old daughter spotted this at the local library and told me to read it. What a train wreck. Sloppy illustrations, sloppy writing.

the story was sloppy. the art work was off-putting and the proportions of characters were inconsistent. the resolution and reasoning behind Spider-Man being the only one who could embark on this mission is flimsy and lazy.

extremely disappointed considering I went into this thinking there’s no way I couldn’t love a Spider-Man comic. oh man, was I mistaken.
