I really enjoyed the stories in this boxed set. All three kept me reading through the night. However, I must admit that I was rather distracted throughout by the author's sometimes awkward sentence structuring. There were quite a few times when I found myself wondering what had prompted him to place words in a particular order, since they took otherwise serviceable dialogue or scene and made it feel...strange.
