A mysterious pandemic, a dark dystopian future and a tight cast of characters that challenge the foundations of society. This is a slow build and the main character frustrated me no end - which demonstrates the author's skill. Rowan Rook's tale of the last days of humanity following the outbreak of a global plague presents us with some chilling arguments for and against survival of the fittest.

A great read.
While the story premise is interesting the grammatical errors distracted me so often I couldn't stay in the story. Night Plague has a lot of potential but needs a proofreader and an editor. I've discovered that many people are not bothered by such things. If you are one of those people then you would probably enjoy this novel very much .
