This book is the kind of book that makes you stop, ask yourself “what the heck did I just read”, and reread the sentence. I mean this in the best possible way. Annihilation is such a mind-bending story.

This is an easy to read, mysterious and strange little book.

I enjoyed the weird biological aspects of the story. 

I would have liked more of the story - perhaps I’ll get that by reading the whole trilogy!
