We’ll have to put all of the MOC advice to the test before I can give this a full review, but the book was super simple to read and covered a lot without being too overwhelming.

All of the parents we know who’ve used MOC have had great success

Awesome resource for parents, seasoned and new. I’ve always heard good things about the MOC schedules, but this has so much valuable information on sleep, illnesses, and much more that reassures parents while navigating all of the uncharted territory of newborns. Written by pediatric on call nurses who have seen and heard it all. Highly recommend to any parent.

Best schedule/feeding/sleep training book I’ve read- and I have read a lot! Concise, helpful, non-judgmental. Helpful!

Helpful tips and tricks for first time moms. More of a reference manual, but has some really good info.

the only book that seemed to provide ACTUAL SCHEDULES that one could attempt to follow.

my son is the best sleeper thanks to this book.

very straightforward.

annoying references to god, but relegated to chapter headings/quotes.
