Once again, Felicia Lynn hits you hard with some emotional feels in this rollercoaster ride of Whitney and Jon. I really enjoyed Whitney in the previous book as she is friends with Lexi. You get a small taste of Jon too as he is Garrett's band mate.
I can honestly say I really related to Whitney because of how guarded she is. She has had a tough go of it and trusting love comes hard to her. Jon fights his demons constantly as a recovering party boy I guess you could say. These two get tossed together due to unexpected circumstances and though they fight their feelings, it's a losing battle!
Overall, I really loved this tale. Had enough angst and passion with a great storyline to keep me turning the pages. I am a huge fan of Lynn's so I always devour everything she writes!
