Was a little thick in the anecdotes and could feel he was trying to fill the book up with pages, but overall there were really good things in here!
Additionally, you could feel that he did actually have a pretty good clue about what he was talking about. There were also some good theories he discussed nearer to the end that I found really great to engage with and think about and discern where I stood on them for myself. It even helped me learn a little bit about myself! 7.5/10!

Some of the actual writing was a tinge tough, but the learning points are very well lays out and the example stories are engaging and pertinent!

The organization of this book was a bit confusing. He had 6 categories that he uses to "size people up" and determine if they're trustworthy to do what they say they will do. However, the chapters weren't called that, so it sometimes felt confusing as to what he was talking about.
There was a bit of *choice * language at times, but it wasn't so often that I felt he didn't have a wider vocabulary to describe situations/people. If you catch my drift.
He has an interesting worldview concerning people and why they act the way they do. It's apparently worked fairly well for him, though I don't agree with all the things he says. I feel like he's missing some pieces of the puzzle.
Nevertheless, I appreciated his insight, and mostly his real-life stories. Those were the best parts of the chapters. I'd have read the book just for those, I think, even without all the explanation before and after.
It's one of those books that I'm glad I read just because it was interesting, but it didn't feel particularly life-changing. Maybe it could be for some, though.
