I thought I would love this book, then I started and I thought I would hate this book.  It started feeling very Gravity's Rainbow-esque and I hated that book. But given time, the story felt easier, things started to click and make sense, and the weird racism that made me cautious started to be explained.
the ending I didn't too much enjoy, as quickly as it went, and gripping as it was, any author who ends with any type of "well that's for the reader to decide" ending, deserves a paper cut for every page we were forced to read
After spending some time pushing through, trusting that I loved some of the author's other works, praying that it would pay off, it did, I'm glad I finished it and can say I enjoyed most of it.
