Dylan Tang aims to win a mooncake-making competition to honor his late mother and boost his aunt’s struggling  restaurant . However, he gets distracted by Theo Somers, a charming and wealthy young man who convinces Dylan to be his fake date at a family wedding. Despite their different backgrounds, Dylan begins to fall for Theo. But with the contest approaching, Dylan must navigate the challenges posed by Theo's family drama and decide whether he can save his family's business and pursue his feelings for Theo.

The Instagram hype led me astray on this one. I feel like the meeting of Dylan and Theo was so random, and their relationship developed out of literally nothing. I felt nothing for their relationship at all because there was no reason for them to even meet up after their first chance encounter...... And Theo's best friend Adrian was just so unbearable. Every scene he was in I just wanted to skip. I loved Dylan's relationship with his aunt and his sister, but every other relationship felt completely underdeveloped and forgettable. This was very very meh
