A very lyrical novella about the end of the world but then again not really.

A quick, short read set in a dystopian future following the path of a family. If you’re looking for this book to hit you in the feels, it is lacking. In all honesty I thought it was about a time period in the past. After the pandemic of COVID 19 I can see some similarities between this book and what was happening to us. Very small similarities as their issue was an environmental tragedy. However, people survived the best they could and they overcome.

From what I could gather, this is a post apocalyptic story. Other than that, I’m not really sure what I just read. From the beginning of the book, you’re thrown into the middle of a mess that isn’t really explained and isn’t long enough for you to figure it all out.
