This book is like a healthy version of [b:Swell: A Girl's Guide to the Good Life|741405|Swell A Girl's Guide to the Good Life|Cynthia Rowley|http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1177901880s/741405.jpg|727571], with more than 2/3 dedicated to wellness and the rest to fashion. I enjoy books like this but I wish there was one out there taking into account not everyone lives in one of the biggest cities on earth (New York City for most girl-guides, London for this one). How about one for people who live in a more sprawling metropolitan area and couldn't possibly "just walk" to the nearest international food market or Manolo Blahnik boutique? Please?
