The writing style did not interest me as much as I wanted it to. It reminded me a lot of the vagueness of high school written stories. I think appreciate the stories being told but ultimately think it is for a very specific audience.

took me a while pero A LOT of the stories resonated with me,,, i loved “tagaytay” and “my mother’s courtship” the best!!! i hope this might break me out of my 2-year reading slump
