The artwork is soooo uneven. There are a few pages that really sing, but three quarters of the book range from bad to downright amateurish.

Oof. Yet another Kang time travel story. Really not a good start. Kinda just here for Spider-Man, tbh. We'll see how the next volume plays out and even if it's trash, hopefully the Worlds Collide or No Surrender event will be fun and awesome to make up for this pretty trashy trash.

I read this a couple times because I couldn’t really track the time travel element. I still can’t. Kang is usually a reliable baddie because he’s basically Super Dr. Doom, but he seems toothlessly underpowered here.
The art is pretty, though.

I didn't mind the time-travel plotlines included in All-New, All-Different Avengers because they managed to stay fairly simple, but the start of this series threw that out for an overly complicated and confusing story that ended in a very abrupt and anti-climatic victory.
The team ups between past and present Avengers could have been interesting and dynamic, but instead their potential was wasted and the few interactions that happened were bland.
I may continue this series but the start of it was complex while still remaining underwhelming, and I unfortunately did not enjoy it.
