My dad sold Cutco cutlery when we kids were growing up decades ago. It was a part-time job in addition to his full-time one so my mom could stay home with us. I still have the cutlery I received when I first got married and it is in great shape. That said, this is my mom's original cookbook that she gave to me a couple of years ago when she was cleaning out her kitchen.

It is a meat bible that first explains what Cutco knife to use with each cut of meat. Next, it lists suggestions (appetizers, starches and vegetables) that go best with each cut. Then you get into the nitty-gritty: the different kinds of meat and their recipes. Beef, lamb, pork, poultry and 'variety' meats such as brains, heart, liver...you get the meaning.

-I remember my mom and dad eating liver and onions with all six of us kids staring at our plates and refusing to eat it. To this day none of my siblings or I will touch the stuff though my parents still think it is great.-

Finally, it covers outdoor cooking aka grilling. It is 128 pages and would be a nice amendment to any meat-lover who collects vintage cookbooks. The recipes for the most part are middle-of-the-road.
