This is an extremely powerful story that explores the consequences that can occur when trauma is ignored. The author portrayed the  story with such real and raw emotions. Looking forward to reading the sequel.

This book. Oh God. It's raw and real. Which is all you can ask for when you read books like these. It's just so in depth on how long it can take for you to heal or even start to heal from being raped. It takes you through the different stages that were written beautifully.

I’m not sure if this is a 4 or 5 star. It’s difficult to say. But the story is so raw and it feels as if this is a true story. A memoir. It felt REAL!

And I couldn’t stop crying at the end.
