I don’t often read self-help type books (read: never) but I found myself enjoying this one. I’m often told about “time management” and how to “properly do it” but this book is almost about letting go about such perfection. It has a lot of basic facts about life but the facts that I think I’ve unconsciously been avoiding because I didn’t want to acknowledge them. I am not a perfect being. I can’t control every hour of my day. It is difficult to live in the present but that doesn’t mean I shouldn’t try at all.

It’s a good book for putting uncomfortable facts at the forefront. It’s not really telling you what to do and moreover what you can do. I respect that in a book. I listened to in audiobook while I walked. It was a very nice book to listen to.

This is by far the best time management book I've ever read.

Total genre-killer. I already had a dull disdain for them, but this book made it clear: I'm never reading a "productivity" book again.

I now feel insignificant so why stress about managing my time. I feel validated for being unproductive.

This book dragged on for me. I did take a lot away from the last few chapters but overall I was a little disappointed after the high recommendations I received.

This book takes patience to get through, which is exactly why you should read it! Our weeks are limited, yet the best way we can get the most out of them is to enjoy the time we have and not focus too much on achieving the most with our time, but slowing down and appreciating the time we have. Take on less obligations and let go of control, and you will have a more meaningful life.
