So, so slow, BUT if it hadn't been, I would have loved it! Great characters, even if some came of immature throughout...The concept itself is very well done for me... Time travel, magic, secret libraries, empaths... a little bit of this and that. I enjoyed it and will check out the next one for sure!

Good, but it took a really long time to get good. I felt like I was starting the book over and over again as each new character was introduced and given their own POV. That was difficult for me. I don't mind multiple POVs, but they have to flow. The lack of flow almost caused me to DNF. I gave it until halfway, which is where the individual POVs really started to come together.

Once that happened, the story really took off for me.
