A delicious, murderous romp, yet it fits perfectly in the romance lane. Set twenty years before the first novel in the shared Mobsters & Monsters universe, it follows the bear shifters D'Andres, Orsa and their familes, as well as Azlin, our first look at the winter Fae. There's loss, love, betrayal, heartbreak, a happy ending, and a sneak peek, giving us so much to look forward to in How To Beguile My Mafia Bear.
Y'all, this nugget was dark, hard, vicious, and utterly perfect. There's an almost lyrical quality to her story-telling. I wish I could describe it better, but it just made me feel (even if the emotions weren't exactly cozy all the time.) There was hardly a moment I wasn't making some sort of face in response to the words. My favorite parts were all of it, legit honest. I cannot frickin' WAIT for the full novel later this year. #MyPoorHeart
