I will always associate this book with the moment I knew I would never recover from my deep infatuation with Percy Jackson. Ruined men for me for LIFE

What I love the most about Son of Neptune is how it’s just 500 pages of Percy’s undying loyalty to those around him. How quickly he accepted the Romans as his second family, how deep his friendships with Hazel and Frank grew. All in the span of a week! Percy is so charismatic, a natural born leader, and it’s backed up by his deep love of people. No one compares <3
