this book is so insanely beautiful, but a part of me wonders if i’m really ready for it. there was so much i felt unable to grasp and as much as i enjoyed it, i was also left longing for the experience to give me a deeper understanding. will be revisiting this in some other time

La llaman autobiografía poética pero creo que tiene más de poesía que de autobiografía, casi todo diría. A veces veces una fina línea conductora pero otras veces son simplemente palabras bellas una tras otra. Siento que a veces se va demasiado, pierde el objetivo y luego también el hecho de que hable en segunda persona me aleja, cuando una autobiografía debería acercarme.
