Wow. Fantastic world-building. Cool characters that I loved hanging out with. A grand quest. Adventure, danger, heartbreak, and hope. This book was so much fun to read. A fascinating mix of old-fashioned fun with gritty emotional realism.

Can't wait for the sequel.
