When I picked this up I didn't realize it was a direct sequel to the events of the main trilogy. It was a nice surprise, and I enjoyed the further glimpse into where so many of my favorite characters ended up. Not necessarily an essentia read, but I liked it as a bit of an epilogue to the trilogy.
