I think this book is insane but it was definitely entertaining.

If I were to sum up this book in one word, the word would be, "exhausting." It's just plain exhausting. The book is always either talking about ridiculous stuff or common sense. And The whole text seems like it's encouraging a "love game". Instead of just doing away with all the drama, the author sets up ridiculous scenarios and tells you how you should act. All solutions involve the concept of drama filled love games. blah......

An interesting glimpse of an historic culture, at least I hope it's historic since it treats women poorly and places unrealistic expectations on them.

Kind of interesting in terms of sociology. For someone expecting an erotic read, you'll be disappointed. The book is more about how to seduce people or act in society than how to have sex. In fact, it was barely about sex.

This book was made for men but it’s extremely outdated. I read it for one of my classes and although it had some interesting views and helpful tips it is not relevant to me. This is a poor translation on top of everything. Descriptions are brief and partly still in the mothers tongue.

This is not what I expected, but an interesting social commentary on all types of relationships in ancient India. Some of it repulsive, some amusing, some just confusing.
