It took me a million years to read this BUT I finally finished it and…wow. This book was so cute and beautiful. It had me tearing up in places for sure. Also, the writing was CHEF’S KISS!

This was such a wholesome tale of two sweet kids in love getting caught up in an adventure that makes them grow and discover themselves. Found family along the way with trials, tribulations and triumphs. Very princess bride-sequel but with a heroine that steps up to the plate and puts her money where her mouth is. Had to buy a hardback to pass onto my kids. It was a bit slow paced in a few spots which is why it wasn’t 5 stars, but it was still a fantastic tale.
